大型液压机组合横梁结构设计及有限元分析

摘  要:横梁是液压机主要零件的装配基体,要承受液压机的全部工作载荷,其结构关系到液压机的整体工作性能,是液压机设计的重中之重。以某大型液压机的拉杆预紧组合上横梁为例,首先对其进行结构设计,再借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其加载状态进行有限元计算,得到详细的应力及位移云图,进而对其强度、刚度及整体性进行分析,最终确定合理的结构参数。Beam,as the assembly base of the main components of the hydraulic press,bears the entire working load during the operation process.The structure of the beam greatly influences the overall working performance of the hydraulic press,and is the priority in the design of the hydraulic press.In this study,the combined upper beam of a certain large hydraulic press was taken as the research object,its structure was designed,and finite element analysis was performed on its loading conditions by using ABAQUS.The detailed nephogram of its stress and displacement were obtained,and its strength,rigidity and integrity were studied.Finally,reasonable structural parameters were determined.
