摘　　要：打造高校“金课”已成为本科教育热点之一。课程作为高校教育的心脏和人才培养与教学工作的基本依据,是教育教学质量的关键要素。在新农科建设大背景下,通过分析园林专业植物组织培养课程体系和教学存在的问题,在应用型人才培养目标下从金课建设的“两性一度”视角出发,从高阶性、创新性和挑战度三个方面转变教育观念,精选核心教学内容、转变教学模式和优化课程考核等几个维度探讨了金课建设的措施,更好地实现学生应用能力和创新思维的培养。Creating"golden courses"in colleges and universities has become one of the hot topics in undergraduate education.Curriculum,as the heart of college education and the basis of talent training and teaching,is a key element of the quality of education and teaching.Under the background of constructing new agricultural sciences,the existing problems in the curriculum system and teaching of plant tissue cultivation for gardening majorsis analyzed.The measures of the golden courses construction are explored under the goal of cultivating applied talents,from the perspective of"gender and once",from the high-level and innovative,the three aspects of education concept and challenge are to change the concept of education,select the core teaching content,change the teaching model and optimize the assessment of the curriculum.The study is to better realize the cultivation of students'application ability and innovative thinking.
