基于OBE理念的高等职业教育课程考核模式改革与实践——以《食品卫生与营养》为例

摘　　要：以OBE为理论基础对《食品卫生与营养》课程考核模式进行改革,依据毕业要求修订课程目标,以课程目标制订不同考核方式和确定考核权重,形成全面多维的课程考核体系。通过两年的实践表明这种考核模式以学生为中心能够充分调动学生的学习主动性与积极性,科学的检验预期的学习成果。Based on the theory of OBE,the course assessment model of food hygiene and nutrition was reformed.The course objectives were revised according to the graduation requirements,and different assessment methods and assessment weights were formulated according to the course objectives and form a comprehensive and multi-dimensional course assessment system.The two years'practice shows that the student-centered assessment model can fully mobilize students'learning initiative and enthusiasm,and scientifically test the expected learning results.
