摘 要:目的探讨情境模拟案例教学法在五年制高职护生的护理伦理决策能力教学中的应用效果。方法2017年8月—2019年1月,采用先按年级分层,再用抽签法按班级随机整群抽样法,抽取我校6个班级268名五年制高职护生,随机分为对照组和干预组,在“护理伦理学”教学中对五年制高职护生进行护理伦理决策能力的培养。对照组采用传统教学法,干预组采用情境模拟案例教学法,为期1学年。干预前后采用护理伦理决策能力问卷测量6个班五年制高职护生的护理伦理决策能力,来评价情境模拟案例教学法实施效果。结果干预后,干预组五年制高职护生护理伦理决策能力得分为(313.96±24.07)分,高于对照组的(307.64±23.89)分,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(t=2.154,P<0.05)。结论情境模拟案例教学法有助于提高五年制高职护生的护理伦理决策能力,效果优于传统教学法。Objective To explore the effect of case analysis combined with scene simulation on ethical decision-making competence of five-year higher vocational nursing students.Methods From August 2017 to January 2019,268 five-year nursing students from six classes in our school were selected by stratified random sampling method and randomly divided into control group and intervention group.In the course of Nursing Ethics,traditional teaching method was applied in the control group,and case analysis combined with scene simulation in the intervention group,and the teaching lasted for 1 academic year.Before and after of the intervention,the questionnaire of the Judgement of the Nursing Decision was used to measure the ability of ethic decision-making of the students and teaching effect was assessed in the intervention group.Results After the intervention,the score of nursing ethics decision-making in the intervention group was 313.96±24.07,higher than that in the control group 307.64±23.89,indicating statistical significance(t=2.154,P<0.05).Conclusion Case analysis combined with scene simulation is helpful to improve nursing ethics decision-making ability of five-year higher vocational nursing students,and its effect is better than that of traditional teaching method.
