摘 要:氯霉素(CAP)曾作为广谱抗生素广泛应用,现由于其毒副作用,美国、中国、欧盟等国家和地区的相关标准均规定动物性食品中不得检出氯霉素。氯霉素已被我国禁止应用于动物性食品,但养殖业依旧存在违法滥用现象,造成氯霉素残留。本文中,笔者对常见的氯霉素检测方法进行对比,包括电化学传感器、荧光探针、表面增强拉曼光谱等方法,分析了各种方法的优劣势,色谱分析方法具有分离效率高、分析速度快和灵敏度高的特点,然而其定性能力较差。电化学方法灵敏度高、准确性好,然而其选择性较差。光谱分析法采样方式灵活、分析速度快,然而其容易受检测器光学部件的影响。免疫分析法检测速度快、费用低廉、仪器简单易携,然而其灵敏度不高。最后对氯霉素检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。Chloramphenicol(CAP)has been widely used as a broad-spectrum antibiotic.Nowadays due to its side effects,the relevant standards stipulate that chloramphenicol should not be detected in animal foodstuff in United States,China and European Union.The application of chloramphenicol has been prohibited to animals feeding in China.However,its abuse could lead to the residues in animal-derived food.Therefore,the detection methods for chloramphenicol were compared,such as electrochemical method,fluorescent probe and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy and the like.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods.The chromatographic analysis method is characterized at high separation efficiency,fast analysis speed and high sensitivity,but its qualitative ability is poor.The electrochemical method possesses high sensitivity and good accuracy,however,its selectivity is poor.With flexible sampling methods and fast analysis speed,the spectral analysis is easily affected by the optical components of the detector.Though the immunoassay method has many advantages,such as the test speed is fast,the cost is low and the instruments used for test are simple and portable,but its sensitivity is not high.Finally,the development trend and future prospect of chloramphenicol test method was expected.
