大湾区背景下专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式探究

摘　　要：为深化产教融合,适应大湾区高技能人才的需要,以校企联合为出发点,介绍了专业学位研究生教育改革过程中高校与企业联合的培养模式,以专业学位研究生成长发展为中心,阐述了专业学位研究生专业和职业联系的必要性,结合校企联合培养模式在大湾地区专业学位研究生培养中的应用现状,分析了当前大湾区校企联合培养模式存在的问题,并提出解决对策,旨在说明校企联合培养模式对培养大湾地区高素质专业学位研究生的重要意义。To deepen the integration of production and education meet the needs of high-skilled talents in the Greater Bay Area,this paper introduces the professional degree postgraduate education reform in colleges and universities and enterprises in the process of joint training mode,in a professional degree graduate student growth and development as the center,this paper expounds the professional graduate professional degree and the necessity of professional contacts,combining university-enterprise united cultivation model in the application status of graduate education in professional degree in the Greater Bay Area,analyzes the current problems existing in the Greater Bay Area university-enterprise joint training mode,and puts forward the countermeasures,showing that he training mode to cultivate high-quality professional degree graduate students the importance of the Greater Bay Area.
