摘　　要：论述了君子的敬业精神,它主要包含:敬畏职责、勤勉刻苦、持之以恒、专心致志、锐意创新、精益求精等。君子的敬业精神是中华民族精神的有机组成部分,也是社会主义职业道德的重要源泉,蕴含着真善美的价值导向功能,具有永恒的价值。因此,大力继承和弘扬君子的敬业精神,对于当代人们履行使命,实现理想抱负,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观都具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。This paper discusses Gentleman's professional spirit,which mainly includes:reverence for duty,diligence,perseverance,concentration,innovation and excellence,etc.The gentleman's dedication constitutes an integral part of Chinese national spirit,and is also an important source of socialist professional ethics.It contains the value-oriented function of truth,goodness and beauty and is of eternal value.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for contemporary people to carry out their missions,realize their ideals and aspirations,and cultivate and practice the core valueof socialism.
