摘　　要：目的通过比较16所中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业建设情况,为中医药特色健康管理人才培养提供参考。方法2019年11月,对全国16所中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业相关人员进行问卷调查,运用描述性方法对数据进行分析。结果中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业存在培养目标模糊、经费投入不足、师资力量薄弱、实践教学弱化等问题。结论对接社会需求明确培养定位,构建动态调整机制;提升师资水平优化师资结构,保证教育教学质量;优化课程结构强化实践教学,健全教学培养体系;重视教材建设深化教学改革,提升人才培养质量;加强学科建设凝练优势特色,推进校企协同育人,是推进中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业建设的有效途径。Objective By comparing the construction of health service and management majors in 16 universities of Chinese medicine,it provides a reference for promoting the cultivation of talents with special characteristics in Chinese medicine.Methods In November2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted on relevant personnel of health service and management majors in 16 universities of Chinese medicine in China,descriptive analysis were used to analyze the data.Results The health service and management majors in universities of Chinese medicine have some problems,such as ambiguous training goals,insufficient funding,weak teachers,and weak practice teaching.Conclusion There are many effective ways to promote the cultivation of the health service and management majors in universities of Chinese medicine,such as to meet the needs of society,a clear cultivation orientation,and establishment of a dynamic adjustment mechanism;improving the level of teachers,optimizing the structure of teachers,and ensuring the quality of education and teaching;optimizing the curriculum structure,strengthening practical teaching,and improving the teaching system;strengthen discipline construction,condenses the advantages and characteristics,and promotes the collaborative education of schools and enterprises.
