摘 要:目的:探讨预防医学生学习投入、学习动机及专业满意度的关系,为提升预防医学人才培养质量提供依据。方法:以学习投入量表、专业满意度及学习动机量表为调查工具,对长治市某医学院校241名预防医学专业本科生进行问卷调查。结果:预防医学生专业满意度、学习动机与学习投入两两间呈正相关(P<0.05);学习动机在专业满意度与学习投入间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的59.38%。结论:该校预防医学生学习投入处于中等水平。在预防医学人才培养中,医学院校要充分考虑内部和外部的保护性条件,加强学生群体专业满意度和学习动机的干预,以达到提升学习投入的目的。Objective:To explore the relationship between learning engagement,learning motivation,and professional satisfaction of preventive medicine undergraduates,so as to provide basis for improving the quality of preventive medical personnel training.Methods:A total of 241 preventive medicine undergraduates in a medical college of Changzhi were investigated by using the scale of Learning Engagement,Learning Motivation and Professional Satisfaction.Results:There was a positive correlation between learning engagement,learning motivation and professional satisfaction(P<0.05).Learning motivation played a part of the mediating role between professional satisfaction and learning engagement,and the mediating effect accounts for 59.38%of the total effect.Conclusion:Learning engagement was at a medium level of these students.In order to achieve the purpose of improving learning engagement,medical colleges should fully consider the internal and external protective conditions,strengthen the professional satisfaction and the intervention of learning motivation during the training of preventive medicine.
