摘　　要：随着经济社会对高职学生职业能力提出新的挑战的前提下,高职学生职业能力的培养要以学生的可持续发展为目标,高职院校通过人才培养模式的创新、“双师型”教学团队的建设、课堂教学改革的深化、高职学生职业能力评价体系的完善等方面,以提高新时代高职学生职业能力的培养。With the development of economy and society,vocational ability of higher vocational students must be sustainable.In order to improve higher vocational students'vocational ability in the new era,higher vocational colleges take a variety of measures,such as the innovation of the personnel training model,the"double-quality"teachers training,the deepening of classroom teaching reform,the perfection of vocational ability evaluation system of higher vocational students and so on.
