高职院校继续教育培训的问题思索与路径探讨

摘　　要：高职院校开展继续教育培训是当前成人教育体系培养人才的主要模式,由于目前管理体系、资金、立法、办学特色、办学定位等因素,导致继续教育培训工作的开展还存在诸多困难,影响了教学效果。文章从高职院校继续教育培训的问题思索出发,探讨促进高职院校继续教育培训工作持续发展的有效路径。Continuing education and training in higher vocational colleges is the main model of cultivating talents in the current adult education system.However,due to the current management system,funding,legislation,school characteristics,and orientation,there are still many difficulties in continuing education,which has affected the teaching effect.This article starts from the issue of continuing education and training in higher vocational colleges,and explores effective ways to promote the continuous development of continuing education and training in higher vocational colleges.
