摘  要:针对小学信息技术教师存在德育概念不清、课程任务不明的问题。以创客教育为契机,构建"课程思政"诉求下"四级四步"培养模式。根据课程深度、思政元素广度高度及两者融合程度分为四个等级;以O2O模式作为培养手段实现四个级别教师培养。实际结果显示该模式能够有效提高教师的思政素养和学科知识技能,有助于教师自身发展及对学生德育智育教育。这种模式可在任意学科教师培养中推广使用。Aiming at the unclear moral education concept and vague curriculum task of the primary school information technology teacher,this paper takes Maker Education as an opportunity to build a training model of"four levels and four steps"under the demand of"curriculum ideology and politics".According to the depth of curriculum,the breadth of ideological and political elements and the degree of integration of them,it can be divided into four levels.The o2o model is used as the training means to realize the training.The actual results show that this training model can effectively improve the ideological and political literacy,information technology knowledge,and skills of information technology teachers.It also helps teachers’selfdevelopment and the development of information technology moral education and intellectual education of primary school students.This model can be used in teacher training of any subject.
