摘  要:新时期,对于资源勘查工程专业学生培养而言,如何扩宽国际化视野、提升跨文化交际能力,是高校综合性人才培养面临的重要命题。中国矿业大学资源勘查工程专业教学团队顺应专业人才培养的新趋势,以海外实习为依托,探讨并构建了"一个中心、四个关注点"的跨文化海外实习模式,即"以学生为中心,关注思维模式差异、关注文化背景差异、关注教育教学差异、关注生活方式差异"。将"思维、知识、文化、理念"学习融入海外实习过程,学习专业知识与教育理念,体验文化与生活,有效拓宽资源勘查工程专业学生的国际视野,提升学生跨文化交际能力和国际竞争力。In the new period,how to broaden the international view of resource exploration engineering majors and improve their cross-cultural commucation ability is an important subject for the cultivation of comprehensive talents in colleges and universities.In China Univesity of Mining and Technology,the teaching group of resource exploration engineering follows the new trend of talent training,extablishs the cross-cultural internship model of"one center and four concerns"based on overseas internships."One center"means students serve as the center of teaching process."Four concerns"means teachers are supposed to concern about students’differences in thinking patterns,cultural backgrounds,educational backgrounds and lifestyles.In this model,the learning of thought,knowledge,culture and philosophy is integrated into the overseas internship process,so that students could learn professional knowledge and educational concepts,and at the same time experience local cultures and life styles.Overall,the model proposed in this paper has greatly expanded the international view of resource exploration engineering students,and enhanced their cross-cultural commucation ability and international competitiveness.
