摘  要:目的:西安医学院作为陕西省基层医疗卫生专业技术人员培养重要基地,培养学生自主学习能力是其办学质量的重要影响因素。以西安医学院临床医学专业本科生学生为研究对象,通过对其自主学习现状研究分析,为提高学生自主学习能力和相关研究提供借鉴依据。方法:通过整群抽样选取207名临床医学专业本科生进行现状调查,利用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果:学生自主学习中自我设计和自主创新能力不足,尤其是学习计划和研究能力。不同年级的大学生表现为高年级表现优于中年级表现。因此建议加强创新能力培养,加强教学环节管理,提高中年级学生自主学习性。Xi’an Medical University is an important training base for primary medical and health professionals in Shaanxi.Cultivating students’independent learning ability is an important factor affecting the quality of the school.The study takes the clinical medicine undergraduates of Xi’an Medical University as the research object,and through the research and analysis of their autonomous learning status,it provides reference for improving the autonomous learning ability of students and related research.207 undergraduates of clinical medicine are selected by cluster sampling to investigate the status quo,and descriptive statistical methods are used for analysis.Results show that the ability of self-design and self-innovation,especially the ability of study plan and research,is insufficient.The performance of college students in different grades is superior to that of students in middle grades.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of innovation ability,strengthen the management of teaching links,and improve the learning autonomy of middle grade students.
