摘  要:高校师生关系对于大学的教学、科研及社会服务起着至关重要的作用,针对目前师生关系存在的问题,笔者尝试论述将管理学中的情境领导理论应用于高校师生关系的建立中,以期达到对学生因时、因人进行培养,营造和谐的师生关系。The relationship between teachers and students is significant to the teaching,research and social service in colleges and universities.According to the problems between teachers and students,the author attempts to apply the situational leadership theory in the establishment of the relationship between teachers and students,in order to cultivate students on the basis of different time and different methods and to form a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
