高职院校学生干部激励机制失灵的成因分析

摘　　要：本文针对高职院校学生干部工作激励机制存在的差异性缺失、系统性缺失两个问题给予剖析。在对差异性缺失进行分析时,研究了00后大学生群体的特征并结合高职院校学生干部的特点提出了其相应的激励诉求;在对系统性缺失进行分析时,从内部激励机制和外部激励机制两个方面提出了不足和需要完善之处。This paper analyzes the two problems of the lack of difference and systematicness in the work incentive mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.In the analysis of the lack of difference,this paper studies the characteristics of the post-00 college students and puts forward their corresponding incentive demands combined with the characteristics of the student cadres in higher vocational colleges.From the two aspects of internal incentive mechanism and external incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward the deficiency and the work that needs to be improved.
