论高职医学检验专业实验中基本技能操作的重要性

摘　　要：通过对医院检验科室的走访调查发现,我们在学校中的教学内容与临床有着严重脱节的现象,我们学生掌握的或者熟悉的操作在临床上却无甚用处;我们学生不会或者不熟练的临床上是要求我们必须掌握的,故到了工作岗位只能重新学习,这就导致我们培养出的学生往往不能很好地与医院无缝对接,需要很长的适应与再学习期。通过实践我们提出应该减少或者删除一些老旧实验及一些重点偏向科研的实验,大大提高了基本操作在实验中的比重。Through the investigation of the hospital inspection departments,it is found that the teaching content is seriously out of touch with the clinic,but the operation that the students master or are familiar with is of little use in the clinic.Through practice,it is proposed that it is necessary to reduce or delete some old experiments and some experiments that focus on scientific research,and greatly increase the proportion of basic operation in experiments.
