摘　　要：意外伤害是儿童死亡和伤残的重要因素,幼儿园是儿童意外伤害高发场所,教师提高急救水平刻不容缓。本研究在已有文献基础下采用调查研究法对乡村幼儿园教师目前的急救水平和学习现状进行调查,并阐述学习共同体视域对幼儿教师急救水平发展的优势。基于学习共同体视域下对乡村幼儿园教师急救学习进行分析并提出发展路径,以期提高我国乡村幼儿园教师急救水平。Accidental injury is an important factor of children's death and disability.Kindergarten is a place with high incidence of accidental injury.Based on the existing literature,this study investigates the current level of first aid and learning status of rural kindergarten teachers,and expounds the advantages of learning community perspective on the development of first aid level of kindergarten teachers.Based on the perspective of learning community,this paper analyzes the emergency learning of rural kindergarten teachers and puts forward the development path in order to improve the first aid level of rural kindergarten teachers in China.
