终身教育理念下成人高校继续教育助学模式的创新路径

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们对知识的渴求不断增加。终身教育已成为现代社会主流媒体的重点话题之一。构建终身教育理论下的继续教育援助模式是我国社会发展的任务之一。成人大学是现代社会的主要教学场所之一,是人们接受高等教育的重要场所。要创新终身教育理念下的成人大学继续教育模式,就必须积极改变成人大学的定位,丰富成人大学的功能,将成人大学融入终身教育体系。结合实际工作经验,探索终身教育理念下成人大学继续教育资助模式的创新路径。With the rapid development of our country's social economy,people's thirst for knowledge has been increasing.Lifelong education has become one of the key topics in the mainstream media of modern society.Constructing the continuing education assistance model under the concept of lifelong education is one of the tasks of our country's social development.Adult colleges and universities are the main teaching places in modern society and are important places for people to receive higher education.To innovate the assistance model of continuing education in adult universities under the concept of lifelong education,we must actively change the orientation of adult universities,enrich the functions of adult universities,and integrate adult universities into the lifelong education system.Based on the practical work experiences,the author explores the innovative path of the continuing education assistance model in adult universities under the concept of lifelong education.
