摘　　要：中国已进入了创新强国新时代,培养具有创新精神的公民,实现创新强国梦想是教育界的责任,而量子教育是实现创新强国梦想的理想之路。对新时代世界各国教育进行比较分析,提出中国教育变革及量子教育的概念。China has entered into the innovation power era.In this new era,it is the responsibility of education sector to cultivate the citizens with innovative spirit,quantum education is the ideal road to realize the dream of innovation power.This paper compares and analyzes the education of various countries in the world in the new era,and puts forward the concept of China's education reform and quantum education.
