摘　　要：产教融合、协同育人是我国近年来适应经济新常态和产业结构升级的重要人才培养措施。但是,目前应用型高校人力资源管理专业人才的培养滞后于我国经济的发展,造成人才供给的结构性矛盾;因此,人才供给侧改革势在必行。"The integration of industry and education,coordinated education"is an important talent training measure to deal with the new normal of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure in China in recent years.However,the training of human resource management professionals in applied colleges and universities lags behind the development of our economy,resulting in structural contradictions in the supply of talents.Therefore,talent supply side reform is imperative.
