摘 要:目的探讨卵巢癌组织中PD-L1及PD-L2的表达及其预后判断价值。方法选择58例卵巢癌石蜡包埋的组织标本,取同期行卵巢囊肿手术的组织标本45例作为良性对照组。2组均用Elivision TM免疫组化方法进行染色,对比PD-L1、PD-L2在卵巢癌及卵巢囊肿组织中的表达;对卵巢癌组织中PD-L1与PD-L2蛋白表达与卵巢癌病理参数的关系、卵巢癌组织中PD-L1与PD-L2与患者术后总生存期的关系进行分析对比。结果卵巢癌组织中PD-L1、PD-L2阳性表达率明显高于卵巢囊肿(P<0.05)。PD-L1、PD-L2在卵巢癌组织中的表达与患者的年龄、FIGO分期有明显相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的细胞分级、肿瘤大小、肿瘤转移不相关(P>0.05)。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析发现,卵巢癌患者PD-L1及PD-L2阴性表达患者的总生存期明显高于阳性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论PD-L1及PD-L2可能参与卵巢癌的发生、发展,可用于卵巢癌的诊断及预后分析。Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic value of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer.Methods 58 paraffin-embedded tissue specimens of ovarian cancer were selected,and 45 tissue specimens undergoing ovarian cyst surgery during the same period were selected as benign control group.The 2 groups were stained by Elivision TM immunohistochemical method to compare the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer and ovarian cysts was compared.Analysis and comparison of the relationship between pathological parameters,PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer tissues and the overall survival of patients after operation.Results The positive rates of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in ovarian cysts(P<0.05).The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly correlated with patients'age and FIGO stage(P<0.05),while it was not related to the patients'cell grade,tumor size and tumor metastasis(P>0.05).The Kaplan-meier analysis showed that the overall survival time of patients with negative of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ovarian cancer patients was significantly higher than that of patients with positive(P<0.05).Conclusion PD-L1 and PD-L2 could be involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,and could be used for the diagnosis and prognosis analysis of ovarian cancer.
