摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染及EGFR、Sox2表达水平与预后的关系。方法收集宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织样本91例,同时收集癌旁正常组织样本96例,采用PCR-DNA反向点杂交技术检测组织中的HPV,同时利用SP免疫组化法观察组织样本内EGFR、Sox2水平,并对患者进行随访。结果宫颈癌组织中有71例检测出HPV感染。宫颈癌组织样本内的EGFR、Sox2阳性表达情况明显高于癌旁正常组织样本。EGFR、Sox2阳性表达情况与肿瘤分化程度有密切关系。对宫颈癌患者进行治疗后随访发现有20例患者出现复发,其中HPV阳性患者的复发率明显高于阴性(P<0.05),EGFR、Sox2阳性表达患者复发率明显高于阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者HPV感染率较高,同时应特别注意EGFR、Sox2阳性表达患者治疗后的定期访问。Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and the expression of EGFR and Sox 2 and prognosis in patients with cervical cancer,and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of HPV infection in cervical cancer.Methods 91 cervical cancer tissue samples were collected from patients with cervical cancer,and 96 normal tissue samples were collected.HPV was detected by reverse dot hybridization of PCR-DNA.The levels of EGFR and Sox 2 in tissue samples were observed by SP immunohistochemical method,and the patients were followed up.Results HPV infection was detected in 71 cases of cervical cancer.Comparing the expression of EGFR and Sox2 in tissue samples of all patients,it was found that the positive expression of EGFR and Sox2 in cervical cancer tissue samples was significantly higher than that in normal tissue samples.At the same time,we found that the positive expression of EGFR and Sox2 was closely related to the degree of differentiation of tumors.Follow-up of 20 patients with cervical cancer showed recurrence after treatment.The recurrence rate of HPV positive was significantly higher than that of negative(P<0.05),and the positive expression rates of EGFR and Sox 2 were also higher than those of non-recurrence tissue samples(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV infection rate is high in cervical cancer patients,and regular visits after treatment should be paid special attention to patients with positive expression of EGFR and Sox2.
