《针灸治疗学》三阶段考核的教学改革实践与反思

摘　　要：《针灸治疗学》是研究运用针灸方法治疗疾病的一门学科,是针灸推拿专业的临床课程,要求学生理、法、方、穴、术融会贯通。在《针灸治疗学》教学中试行三阶段考核,第一阶段考查腧穴定位,第二阶段考查刺法灸法,第三阶段包括《针灸治疗学》线上笔试以及见习考核。该三阶段考核模式,借助客观结构化临床考试即Objective Structured Clinical Examination的形式,简称为OSCE形式,依托《针灸治疗学》,将《经络腧穴学》《刺法灸法学》进行整合,是针灸学核心课程整合的有益尝试。它介绍了《针灸治疗学》三阶段考核的考试内容、考试标准、考试安排,并进行了反思和总结,认为三阶段考核有助于提高学生的学习能力,让学生提前模拟了执业医师资格考试,更好地完成理论到临床的进一步延伸。同时让针灸教学更加直观、形象化,促进了针灸核心课程的整合,有助于提高教学质量及人才培养。“Acupuncture-moxibustion Therapeutics”is a discipline that studies the treatment of diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion and a clinical course for acupuncture-moxibustion and massage specialty,which requires students to master theory,method,prescription,acupoint and technique.Three-stage examination was tried out in the teaching of“Acupuncture-Moxibustion Therapeutics”.The first stage is to examine the location of acupoints.The second stage is to examine needling method and moxibustion method.The third stage includes the online written examination of acupuncture-moxibustion therapeutics and probation examination.The three-stage examination mode gets the help of objective structured clinical examination modality,abbreviated to OSCE modality,integrates“Meridians and Acupoints”and“Needling and Moxibustion Methods”on the basis of“Acupuncture-Moxibustion Therapeutics”and is a beneficial attempt to integrate the core courses of acupuncture and moxibustion.This article introduces the contents,criteria and arrangement of examination and makes a reflection and summary.It considers that three-stage examination helps to improve students’learning ability and lets students simulate the medical licensing examination in advance and better complete the further extension of theory to clinical practice.Meanwhile,it makes acupuncture-moxibustion teaching more intuitive and visualized,promotes the integration of the core courses of acupuncture and moxibustion and helps to improve teaching quality and personnel training.
