摘  要:区域推进初中课堂改革,存在初中课程设计与现实需求难衔接、校本课程实施条件难保障、课堂教学活力有待激发等实践困境。原因在于初中课程建设不够先进完善难以满足多种需要、个体学校校本课程建设专业力量不足。当前初中校本课程生态建设的途径有以下几种:立足实际、满足需要,开发特色校本课程;内外结合、学科交融,构建动态课程体系;整合资源、提供保障,实现学生个性发展。基本策略是区域推进,核心举措是构筑“学习共同体”,重要支撑是建立健康的评价系统。There have existed some practical problems in the regional promotion of junior middle school classroom reforms:it is difficult for curriculum design to meet the actual needs;it is difficult to guarantee the conditions for the implementation of school-based curriculum;and teaching vitality in class needs to be stimulated.The reasons for those problems can be that curriculum construction in junior middle schools is not sophisticated enough to meet multiple needs,and single school lacks adequate professional strength.At present,there are several ways to construct a school-based ecological curriculum in junior middle schools:based on the reality,developing characteristic school-based courses to satisfy students’needs;interdisciplinary integration,constructing a dynamic curriculum system with internal and external combination and interdisciplinary integration;and integrating resources and providing guarantees to achieve the overall development of students’personality.The basic strategy is regional promotion with the core measure of building a“learning community”and the important support of establishing a healthy evaluation system.
