摘  要:新时代为了实现乡村振兴,阻断贫困代际传递,乡村教师承担着重要的历史使命。为了适应新的需求,乡村教师亟需打破条件和处境的束缚,提升整体专业素质。人工智能的发展为乡村教师专业成长创造了新的发展空间,深度学习呼唤乡村教师专业发展转型。可以充分利用人工智能提供技术支持,创新乡村教师专业成长的路径,设计虚拟在线场域,配备虚拟教师,创设虚拟电子资源库,构成完善的虚拟学习支持体系,筑成联系紧密的乡村教师学习与教研云空间,实现乡村教师专业发展的实质性突破,全面提升乡村教师的专业素质。In order to realize the rural revitalization and stop the transmission of poverty from generation to generation,the rural teachers have an important historical mission in the new era.In order to adapt to the new requirement,rural teachers need to break the shackles of conditions to improve their professional quality.The artificial intelligence has created a new development space for the rural teachers’professional growth,and deep learning calls for the transformation of rural teachers’professional development.The technical support of artificial intelligence can be fully used to innovate the rural teachers’professional growth,to design virtual online field and allocate virtual teachers,to establish virtual electronic resource database,to build a perfect virtual learning support system,to create a closely connected cloud space for rural teachers’learning and teaching research,to achieve substantial breakthroughs in the rural teacher’s professional development,and to efficiently improve rural teacher’s professional quality.
