摘  要:为提升处于"互联网+教育"前沿阵地的开放大学教师队伍的专业化水平,本研究从社会学的吉登斯结构化理论视角出发,采用质性研究个案研究方法,选取开放大学总部四位教师作为研究对象,对开放大学教师专业发展机制进行实证研究。通过对访谈、观察和实物资料进行三级编码整理,以及对资料进行类属分析和情境分析,研究者对四位开放大学教师专业发展的轨迹和现状进行深描,运用扎根理论方法生成了开放大学教师在与社会结构的互动和意义建构中充分发挥其主体性、创造性,逐步实现专业发展的机制:教师通过反思性监控,通过协商和重构意义框架,通过充分发挥权能和转化能力等主体性机制,为其参与角色和动员资源提供动力,实现由被动裹挟式向反思渐进式、自主重构式、探索创新式专业发展演进。最后本文探讨了教师专业发展的社会结构性特征以及教师能动式专业发展对社会结构的再生产作用。In order to improve teacher professionalism against the background of“Internet+education”,this article reports on an empirical study on the professional development mechanism of four teachers in the Open University of China,adopting the research instruments of case study and qualitative research method from the perspective of Giddens'structuration theory of sociology.Through the three-level coding and sorting of interviews,observations and physical data,and then category analysis and context analysis of the data,the researcher describes in depth,using grounded theoretical methods,the professional development track/mechanism of the four teachers:in the interaction with the social structure and the construction of meaning,the OU teachers give full play to their subjectivity and creativity;they engage in reflective monitoring,negotiate and reconstruct meaning framework,and exert their autonomy such as empowerment and transformation capabilities.Such subjective mechanisms provide motivation for their participation in roles and mobilization of resources,and promote the evolution from passive entrapment to progressive reflection,independent reconstruction,and exploration and innovation.Finally,this article discusses the social structural characteristics of teacher professional development and the reproduction effect of teacher's autonomous professional development on social structure.
