摘  要:技术被赋予极大期望以推动教育发展,“技术变革教育”成为教育发展的热点话题。我们应正确理解教育与技术的内涵以及两者关系,认识到技术并不必然带来教育发展的合理和有效,技术变革教育过程中还存在不确定性。教育技术应用实践中存在的问题值得深刻反思,特别是新冠肺炎疫情期间的在线教学使“停课不停学”的效果差强人意。我们需要在技术平台、教学过程、教师能力与教学质量四个方面寻求困境突破和变革。实践规范论揭示了在线教学中存在主体越位、目标错位和理念偏离的问题,未来在线教学应树立教师和学生的主体地位,并将相关他者的影响降到最低。教育技术实践存在“人”的缺失问题,教育技术更应走向人的“合用”,并需要创造和谐的“人—技”关系,促进技术的个性化应用与师生对话,努力完成学生的个性绽放,使教育得以澄明。Technology is greatly expected to promote the development of education,so " technology changing education" has become a hot topic in education development. We should have a correct understanding of the connotation and relationship between education and technology,and realize that technology does not necessarily bring about the rational and effective development of education,and there are still uncertainties in the educational process of technological reform. The problems in the application of technology in educational practice deserve profound reflection,especially when online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic resulted in the unsatisfactory effect of " keep learning during class suspension". We need to make breakthrough and reform in the four aspects of technology platform,teaching process,teachers’ ability and teaching quality. The theory of practice norms reveals that there are some problems in online teaching,such as the offside of the subject,the dislocation of the target and the deviation of the idea. In the future,online teaching should establish the dominant position of teachers and students,and minimize the influence of others. There is a lack of " human" in the practice of educational technology,so educational technology should be more " shared" by human,and a harmonious " man-technology" relationship should be created to promote the personalized application of technology and the dialogue between teachers and students,so as to complete the blossoming of students’ personality and make education clear.
