基于知识图谱的食品安全知识供给研究

摘　　要：基于知识图谱为食品安全知识供给研究提供参考,通过对我国学者2011年-2020年十年间CNKI中发表的2899篇关于食品安全的期刊文献作为数据源进行分析。利用Bicomb软件、VOSviewer软件、CiteSpace软件从论文发表的时间、作者、作者所属机构、发文单位、关键词、研究主题六个角度,为食品安全学科提供知识供给,揭示了食品安全方面的发展状况、研究热点、发展趋势以及科学家群体。结果显示,目前我国食品安全的研究处于学科大发展时代,研究能够紧跟时代的发展,但是也存在着研究主题过于集中,针对性不强、不够深入等问题。因此未来应在综合性研究的基础上进行创新,为我国食品安全领域的发展奠定基础。Based on the knowledge atlas to provide a reference for the study of food safety knowledge supply,through the analysis of 2,899 journal articles on food safety published by CNKI in the ten years from 2011 to 2020,as the data source.Using Bicomb software,VOSviewer software,and CiteSpace software to provide knowledge for food safety disciplines from six perspectives:the time of publication,author,author’s institution,issuer,keywords,and research topics,and reveal food safety Development status,research hotspots,development trends,and the community of scientists.The results show that the current research on food safety in China is in the era of great development of the discipline.The research can keep up with the development of the times,but there are also problems such as too focused research topics,not targeted enough,and insufficient depth.Therefore,we should innovate on the basis of comprehensive research in the future to lay the foundation for the development of China’s food safety field.
