摘　　要：近年来,基于互联网技术的共享民宿飞速发展,对消费者旅行模式以及旅游酒店行业产生深远的影响,共享民宿研究正成为国内外旅游与酒店管理领域的一个新兴研究主题。文章利用Web of Science数据库检索关于共享民宿的研究文献进行整理分析,从文献概况和研究内容进行了综述,将研究内容归纳为共享民宿影响效应、消费者参与动机、消费者参与影响因素、房东参与行为、共享民宿定价研究、商业模式研究6个方面。从研究方法、研究情境和理论贡献等方面对已有文献进行了研究述评,在此基础上,文章提出未来可以从共享民宿影响效应、共享民宿房东、商业模式和研究情境、共享民宿发展的应对研究等几个研究主题开展深入研究。Peer-to-peer(P2P) accommodation enables people to collaboratively make use of underutilized or spared properties through fee-based trading activities on third online platforms such as Airbnb. com. Due to its low cost, diversity and authenticity, P2P accommodation has become increasingly popular for travelers worldwide. As an application example of the sharing economy in tourism and hospitality industry, P2P accommodation not only greatly reshapes the travel patterns of tourists, but also exerts a significant influence on traditional hotel and tourism sectors. The proliferation of P2P accommodation has caught much attention of practitioners and researchers, so P2P accommodation is becoming a rising topic in the international tourism literature. To better understand P2P accommodations, this paper uses a systematic literature review on P2P accommodation in tourism and hospitality field. Journal papers are collected by following methods: We searched the Web of Science core collection database for international published academic articles whose title or topic contains keywords such as "peer-to-peer accommodation", "sharing economy", "collaborative consumption"or"airbnb". In addition, we obtained additional papers from the references of above articles in WOS. As a result, the contributions of 99 concerning P2P accommodation with further filtering by reading title, keywords and abstract were reviewed.Our research findings are as follows: First, academic papers on P2P accommodation appeared in2013 and have been increasing rapidly since 2017. Second, quantitative methods are the most popular for researching the topic. Third, the research context is mainly focused on the North America and Europe regions. Finally, by systematic review and induction, the paper summaries six branches of international P2P accommodation studies: impacts of P2P accommodation, motivations of travelers participation in P2P accommodation, determinants of travelers purchase intention, host behaviors,pricing issues in P2P accommodation market, P2P ac
