全员育人视域下的大学生资助育人机制探析

摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深化,教育部门对高等教育提出了更高的要求,在全员育人视域下,要进一步优化大学生资助育人机制,根据大学生的实际情况制定个性化资助体系,使更多的大学生得到帮助,重新树立学习信心。高校要重新审视大学生资助育人工作的重要性,从思想上提高重视力度,实现资助育人。With the continuous deepening of education reform,the education department has put forward higher requirements for higher education.From the perspective of all-staff education,it is necessary to further optimize mechanism of college students’financial aid and education,and develop a personalized financial aid system according to the actual situation of college students.More college students will be helped to rebuild their confidence in learning.Colleges and universities should re-examine the importance of aiding and educating students,increase their ideological attention,and realize the purpose of financial assistance and education.
