摘  要:教师职业生涯规划与发展对高职院校和教师个人的发展至关重要。从人力资源开发、学校高质量发展、教师职业发展和学生职业发展等方面分析了高职院校教师职业生涯规划与发展的必要性。做好高职院校教师职业生涯规划与发展工作,需要政府机构及相关职教协会、学校和教师协同发力。基于对高职院校教师职业生涯规划与发展存在的问题分析,提出了政府机构及相关职教协会做好加强顶层设计、建立健全共培机制,学校完善管理体系、支撑教师职业生涯发展,教师主动转变态度,克服职业倦怠,主动开展职业生涯规划的教师发展策略。Teachers'career planning and development are very important to the development of higher vocational colleges and teachers.This paper analyzes the necessity of teachers'career planning and development in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of human resources development,high-quality development of colleges,teachers'vocational development and students'vocational development.To do a good job in teachers'career planning and development in higher vocational colleges,the governmental instrumentality,related vocational education associations,schools and teachers need to work together.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the career planning and development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the teacher development strategies of government agencies and relevant vocational education associations to strengthen the top-level design,establish and improve the co-training mechanism,improve the management system of the school,support the teachers'career development,and help teachers actively take the initiative to change their attitude,overcome the job burnout,and actively carry out the career planning.
