质量观演进与高等教育评价的耦合

摘　　要：高等教育质量观的演进深嵌于高等教育发展历史中,高等教育质量行为往往对应着相应的质量评价。在中世纪大学时代,学位无意中充当了表征高等教育质量的符号,也隐蔽地充当了质量评价工具和社会精英符号。在精英高等教育阶段,"合格即质量"的生产者质量观不但引导高等学校人才生产,而且充当高等教育人才产品的评价尺度。到了高等教育大众化阶段,人才产品质量观尽管在观念之维没有被颠覆,但质量话语权逐步从生产方让渡给市场,适销对路成为高等教育人才质量评价的重要尺度。高等教育普及化的来临使高等教育人才产品质量观被服务产品质量观替代,质量适切性成为高等教育质量评价的立足点,高等教育质量及其评价开始回归高等教育自身和人的发展本身。The evolution of quality view of higher education is embedded in the history of the development of higher education,and the quality behavior of higher education is often in line with the corresponding quality evaluation.In the medieval college age,the degree inadvertently acted as not only the symbol of the quality of higher education,but also the quality evaluation tool and the symbol of the social elite.In the era of the elite higher education,the producer quality view of"being qualified is quality"guided the production of talents in higher education institutions and served as the evaluation criteria of the products of higher education.At the stage of popularization of higher education,the concept of product quality has not been subverted,but the right of quality discourse has gradually given way to the market from the producer,and marketability has become an important measure for the quality evaluation of higher education talents.With the advent of the popularization of higher education,the product quality view of higher education talents is replaced by the quality view of service products,and the quality suitability becomes the foothold of the evaluation of higher education quality.The quality of higher education and its evaluation have begun to return to higher education and human development itself.
