北京市儿科门诊护士临床沟通能力调查分析

摘　　要：目的描述北京市儿科门诊护士临床沟通能力现状,探讨影响儿科门诊护士临床沟通能力的因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法于2019年9-10月对北京市5家医院儿科门诊工作的133名在职护士进行调查,采用护士沟通能力评价量表调查北京市儿科门诊护士临床沟通能力情况,通过问卷星发放问卷,收回有效问卷133份,有效率回收率为100%。结果133名儿科门诊护士沟通能力评价量表总分为(243.41±34.68)分,总均分为(4.20±0.60)分,处于中等偏上水平,其中团队沟通得分最高(4.38±0.56)分,困难情景得分最低(4.09±0.64)分。不同特征护士临床沟通能力比较发现结果显示,出生地不同、医院级别不同、医院性质不同、来院前后是否参加过规范化培训及培训次数不同的护士临床沟通能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市儿科门诊护士临床沟通能力总体水平较高,团队沟通得分最高,而困难情景得分最低,二级医院、综合医院、参加过规范化培训的护士临床沟通能力较强。故管理者应加强三级医院及专科医院护士的临床沟通能力规范化培训,以提高整体水平。Objective To describe the current status of clinical communication ability in nurses of pediatric clinics in Beijing and explore the factors affecting their clinical communication ability.Methods Totally 133 in-service nurses working in the pediatric clinics of 5 hospitals between September and October 2019 were selected by convenient sampling.The Nurse Communication Ability Scale was used to evaluate the clinical communication ability in nurses of pediatric clinics in Beijing.The questionnaire was distributed via WJX.cn,and 133 valid questionnaires were collected,accounting for an effective recovery rate of 100%.Results The total score of Nurse Communication Ability Scale in 133 nurses of pediatric clinics was(243.41±34.68),and the total average score was(4.20±0.60),which was in an upper middle level.The highest score was(4.38±0.56)in team communication,and the lowest score was(4.09±0.64)in problematic situation.The comparison of the clinical communication ability of nurses with different characteristics showed that there was statistically significant difference in the clinical communication ability scores between nurses with different birthplaces,different hospital levels,different hospital properties,whether they had participated in standardized training before and after coming to the hospital,and different numbers of training times(P<0.05).Conclusions The overall level of clinical communication skills in nurses of pediatric clinics in Beijing is relatively high,with the highest score in team communication and the lowest score in problematic situation.Nurses from ClassⅡhospitals and general hospitals,and who have participated in standardized training have stronger clinical communication skills.Therefore,managers should strengthen standardized training of clinical communication skills for nurses in ClassⅢhospitals and specialized hospitals to improve the overall level.
