摘  要:目的探讨网络平台下PBL联合CBL教学法在乳腺科临床教学中的作用。方法乳腺科规培研究生为研究的主要对象,2019年5月—2020年5月选乳腺科规培研究生100名,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组50名(网络平台下PBL联合CBL教学模式),对照组50名(传统LBL教学模式),通过理论考试、临床考核及调查问卷等进行指标对比。结果考核成绩表明,实验组规培研究生理论考核成绩88.00(84.00,90.25)分、临床实践技能考核成绩87.00(83.75,91.25)分、综合成绩(87.10±3.85)分均优于对照组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调查问卷结果表明,实验组规培研究生在提高学习效率、激发学习兴趣、提升自学能力、拓展知识面、提高查文献能力以及提高临床能力等方面评价认可度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论网络平台下PBL联合CBL教学法有助于提高乳腺科临床教学质量,效果显著。Objective To explore the role of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical teaching under the network platform.Methods The main target of this study is the graduate students of breast training,from May 2019 to May 2020,a total of 100 postgraduate students were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,of which 50 were used as the experimental group(using the PBL+CBL teaching mode under the network platform),50 were used as a control group(implementing the traditional LBL teaching model),and compared through indicators such as theory,clinical skills assessment and questionnaire evaluation.Results Examination results indicate that the experimental group's scores of theoretical assessment 88.00(84.00,90.25),clinical practice skills assessment 87.00(83.75,91.25)and comprehensive score(87.10±3.85)of the graduate students in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.01).In addition,the evaluation and recognition in six aspects such as improving learning efficiency,stimulating learning interest,improving self-learning ability,expanding knowledge,improving literature search ability,and improving clinical ability were better than the control group,the differences is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method under the network platform is helpful to improve the clinical teaching quality,and the effect is remarkable.
