摘  要:面向新工科建设,以提高过程装备与控制工程专业人才培养质量、加强培养学生自主创新与动手实践能力为目标,在专业核心课程—压力容器实验课中构建球壳外压屈曲实验平台,主要包括外压屈曲基础实验和力学仿真实验两个模块。通过教学案例的实施,展示应用该实验平台开展设计性实验教学的过程。实践表明,该实验平台可操作性强,具有较高的教学实用性。学生通过实践锻炼巩固对专业知识的掌握,形成完备的知识体系,工程实践创新能力得到进一步强化。Under the background of new engineering,an experimentalplatform ofspherical shells under external pressure is constructed in order to improve the quality of talent training of process equipment and control engineering major and to improvethe college students’ independent innovation ability and practical ability. The experimental platform mainly includes two parts: buckling foundation experiment and mechanical simulation experiment. Through the implementation of one teaching case,the process of carrying out the design experiment teaching with this experimental platform is demonstrated. The practice shows that theconstructed experimental platform has strong operability and high teaching practicability. Through practice,students can not only consolidate the theoretical knowledge learned in class,but also form complete knowledge system;and their innovation ability of engineering practice is further strengthened.
