摘　　要：食品产业飞速发展,对食品学科人才培养提出了新要求,传统的食品工程实验教学组织管理模式无法满足新工科背景下创新型人才培养的新需求。分析了传统实验教学组织模式面临的问题,阐述了通过信息化技术手段,融合网络系统、虚拟仿真、自媒体平台,实现实验资源优化、组织模式创新和平台开放共享,从而提升实验室管理水平和创新人才培养能力的新模式,对食品学科实验教学改革创新具有参考意义。With the rapid development of food industry,new requirements have been put forward for the talents cultivation of food profession.The traditional organization and management mode of food engineering experimental teaching cannot meet the new needs of innovative talents training under the background of emerging engineering education.In this paper,the main problems in the experimental teaching of food engineering was analyzed,A new mode of improving the management level of laboratory and innovating the ability of cultivating talents based on information technology is elaborated.Through the integration of network system,virtual simulation and self-media platform,the new mode realizes the optimization of experimental resources,the innovation of organizational mode and the open sharing of platform.
