摘  要:目的:探讨病例引入法在系统解剖学实验课教学中的应用效果。方法:选择沈阳医学院2018级临床医学专业120名学生为研究对象,随机分为2组,各60名,其中采取传统教学方法学习学生为对照组,采取传统教学方法结合典型临床病例的方法进行学习学生为试验组。课程选定为系统解剖学实验课神经系统的学习章节。通过不记名问卷调查的方式判断学生对自我和课程评价效果的满意度,通过图片考试成绩评定2组学生对知识的掌握程度。结果:试验组学生在问卷调查中对自我及课程的评价均高于对照组学生(P<0.01);且考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在系统解剖学实验课的教学过程中,引入生活中常见病例,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高对课堂的满意度,并加强记忆提高成绩。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of case introduction method in experimental teaching of systematic anatomy.Methods:A total of 120 medical students were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 students in each.The control group received traditional teaching method and the experimental group received traditional teaching method combined with case introduction method.The course was selected as the chapter of the nervous system in the experimental course of systematic anatomy.Students’satisfaction with themselves and curriculum effect was judged by anonymous questionnaire survey,and their mastery of knowledge was evaluated by picture examination.Results:In the questionnaire survey,students’satisfaction with themselves and curriculum effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The test score in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Introduction of clinical common cases in experimental teaching of systematic anatomy can stimulate students’interest in learning,improve their satisfaction with the classroom,strengthen their memory and improve their scores.
