摘 要:基于火焰原子吸收光谱法检测茶叶中10种矿质元素含量,其加标回收率在95%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在0.5%以内。方差分析发现南、北方茶叶中矿物质含量差异性显著,但都呈现出Ca元素含量最高,Mg、Mn、Na元素丰富,Zn、Se、Fe、Cu次之,Pb与Cd含量最低的规律;主成分分析发现利用茶叶矿物质含量差异可以实现南北方茶叶区分,且南北方茶叶分布具有一定规律。The contents of 10 mineral elements in tea were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,the standard recovery rate were in the range of 95%-105%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was within 0.5%.The variance analysis showed that there were significant difference in mineral content between the southern and northern tea,but both presented a rule:the highest content of Ca,abundant in Mg,Mn and Na,followed by Zn,Se,Fe and Cu,and the lowest content of Pb and Cd.The principal component analysis showed that the difference of mineral content in tea could be used to distinguish the tea in the south and north of China,and the distribution of tea in the South and North had certain rules.
