摘 要:针对无人机助推起飞滑车产生的冲击能量,提出一种液压缸外接吸能阀的助推滑车液压减速制动系统。搭建了该液压减速制动系统数学模型;利用Simulink软件建立了系统仿真模型并进行求解;对助推滑车液压减速制动系统性能进行了仿真研究,分析了液压缸活塞直径、吸能阀通径、吸能阀弹簧压缩量对液压缸无杆腔压力和滑车制动位移的影响。研究结果表明:所提出的助推滑车液压减速制动系统可吸收滑车产生的冲击能量;吸能阀通径增大,液压缸无杆腔压力峰值减小,滑车制动位移增大;液压缸活塞直径增大,液压缸无杆腔压力峰值增大,滑车制动位移增大;吸能阀弹簧压缩量增大,滑车制动位移略有减小,而液压缸无杆腔压力基本不变。Aimed at the impact energy produced by UAV boost takeoff pulley, a hydraulic deceleration braking system of the boost pulley was proposed, which hydraulic cylinder was with the external absorption valve.The mathematical model of the hydraulic deceleration braking system was built;the simulation model of the system was built and solved by using Simulink software;the performance of the hydraulic deceleration braking system of the boost pulley was simulated and researched, the effects of piston diameter of hydraulic cylinder, diameter of energy absorption valve and spring compression of energy absorption valve on pressure of the rodless chamber and braking displacement of the boost pulley were analyzed. The research results show that the hydraulic deceleration braking system of the boost pulley can absorb the impact energy produced by the boost pulley;with the increase of the diameter of the energy absorption valve,the peak of the rodless chamber pressure of the hydraulic cylinder decreases and the braking displacement of the boost pulley increases;with the increase of the piston diameter of the hydraulic cylinder,the peak of the rodless chamber pressure of the hydraulic cylinder increases, and the braking displacement of the boost pulley increases;with the increase of the spring compression of the energy absorption valve, the braking displacement of the boost pulley decreases slightly,while the rodless chamber pressure of the hydraulic cylinder remains basically unchanged.
