融合翻转课堂和混合式教学的课程改革研究

摘　　要：传统的面对面课堂教学模式已不能满足现代教学的需求。以"路由交换技术"课程为例,研究了翻转课堂和混合式教学在课程教学改革中的应用。根据课程特点和高职学生的实际情况,提出了适合高职学生的融合翻转课堂和混合式教学的教学模式,实现了教学过程中学生为学习主体,教师为主导。文章阐述了具体的教学设计和教学实施过程,以及开展该教学模式需要注意的问题。The traditional face-to-face classroom teaching mode cannot meet the needs of modern teaching.Taking the course of"routing and switching technology"as an example,the application of flipped classroom and blended teaching in teaching reform is studied.According to the characteristics of the course and the actual situation of higher vocational students,the teaching mode suitable for higher vocational students and combined with flipped classroom and blended teaching is put forward,which realizes students are the main body of learning and teachers are the leader in the teaching process.This paper expounds the concrete process of teaching design and teaching implementation,and points out the issues need to pay attention to in the implementation of this teaching mode.
