摘  要:员工建言行为能够帮助企业快速适应商业环境,提升竞争力。本文基于声誉理论,以88个团队的271名员工为调研样本,分析了个人声誉对建言行为的影响机制。研究结果发现:建言者个人声誉对建言行为具有积极的作用;建言建设性感知对建言行为具有积极的作用,且建言建设性感知在建言者个人声誉和建言行为关系间起中介作用;感知的组织变革在建言建设性感知与建言行为关系间起到了正向调节作用;且在整个模型中存在有调节的中介作用。研究结果对于提升员工建言具有积极的推动意义。Employee voice behavior can help enterprises quickly adapt the business environment and enhance competitiveness.Based on reputation theory,this paper takes 271 employees from 88 teams as samples,analyzes the influence mechanism of personal reputation on voice behavior.The results show that:personal reputation has a positive effect on voice behavior;perceived voice construction has a positive effect on voice behavior,and perceived voice construction plays a mediating role in the relationship between personal reputation and voice behavior;perceived organizational change has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between perceived voice construction and voice behavior;and has a moderated mediation in the model.The results of the study have a positive significance for promoting employee voice.
