摘 要:目的调查实习护生在实习不同阶段的心理弹性情况。方法选取在本院实习的81名护生作为研究对象,采用成人心理弹性量表对实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习前期,实习护生的心理弹性总分为(131.64±8.33)分;实习后期,实习护生的心理弹性总分为(128.42±10.13)分;两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科护生的心理弹性总分高于专科生,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在实习期,实习护生的心理弹性得分均较低,尤其是实习后期。在临床实习期,医院护理部及科室带教老师应重视实习护生的心理压力问题,建立各种应对机制,帮助实习护生能更好地面对临床压力,完成临床实习。Objective To investigate the resilience of nursing students in different practice stages.Methods 81 nursing students who interned at our hospital were selected as study objects,and were surveyed with Adult Resilience Scale.Results In the early stage of interned practice,the total score of resilience of nursing students was(131.64±8.33),and was(128.42±10.13)in the later period,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The resilience score was higher in the undergraduate students than in the associate students,but with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In practice period,the resilience score of nursing students is lower,especially in later period of practice.In clinical practice period,the teachers and nursing department should pay attention to the psychological pressure of nursing students, establish various coping mechanisms, and help nursing students tobetter face clinical pressure and complete clinical practice.
