摘 要:数字经济的迅猛发展需要人才的支撑,这对产业劳动力数字技能提出更高要求。本文分析数字经济发展对人才培养带来的机遇与挑战、对职业教育提出的新要求,并借鉴国外优秀实践经验,提出我国职业教育应构建适应数字经济发展的人才培养模式,提升学生数字技能及数字素养,创新校企合作模式,充分利用“数字红利”提升教学质量,广泛开展人才培训,弥补数字技能劳动力供需缺口,探索数字人才培养的新举措,促进数字经济时代职业教育的高质量发展。The rapid development of digital economy needs the support of talents,which puts forward higher requirements for digital skills of industrial labor force.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought about by the development of digital economy and the new requirements for vocational education.It is proposed that China’s vocational education should learn from foreign excellent practical experience,build a talent training mode to adapt to the development of digital economy,improve students’digital skills and digital literacy,innovate school enterprise cooperation mode,and make full use of“digital dividend”to improve teaching quality.In addition,we should strengthen personnel training,make up for the gap between supply and demand of digital skilled labor force,explore new measures of digital talent training,and finally promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the era of digital economy.
