摘 要:在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,湖南中医药大学开展了在线教学,通过开展在线教学情况调查,从在线教学内容、教学组织和教学过程等方面进行在线教学教务管理实践探讨。调查发现开展在线教学专业主要为中医学和针灸推拿学,集中在大一、大二、大三年级,教学内容主要为基础课程,部分学生网络存在问题;开展在线教学的教师大多数为中级以上职称且有较长教龄的中青年专职教师,信息技术娴熟。在线教学需要结合疫情环境特点重构课程教学内容,与课程思政无缝对接,要求一线教师上好在线教学第一堂课;结合各教学单位实际,有针对性制定不同策略疫情防控期间教学组织方案,组织教学单位梳理开展在线教学课程,主要利用智慧树网、超星、中国大学慕课(MOOC)3个平台及平台的课程资源,采用平台,平台+社交软件QQ群、微信群,平台+腾讯会议,社交软件QQ群、微信群,钉钉,腾讯课堂,雨课堂等方式进行混合式在线教学,并畅通电子教材获取渠道;教务管理联合教学督导进入在线课堂,及时收集亮点及经验推广,开展在线教学质量监控,促进在线教学与线下课堂教学同质等效。The online teachings were launched in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine during the COVID-19 epidemic. Through the investigation of online teaching, the practices and discussions of online teaching education management were carried out from aspects of online teaching content, teaching organization and teaching process. The survey found that in the online teaching the majors were mainly Chinese Medicine,acupuncture and massage of freshman, sophomore and junior years, and that the teaching contents were mainly basic courses. And a majority of teachers were young and middle-aged full-time teachers with intermediate or above titles and long teaching experience who were skilled in information technology, and some students have network problems. The online teaching needs to reconstruct the teaching content of the course according to the characteristics of the COVID-19 epidemic situation environment, and connect seamlessly with the ideological and political affairs of the course. Front-line teachers are required to make a good first class of online teaching.Combining with the actual situation of each teaching unit, we should make the teaching organization plans for different strategies during the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and organize the teaching unit to carry out the online teaching course. The online teaching mainly used three platforms of the wisdom tree,the super star, the Chinese university MOOC and their curriculum resources. Many ways were used in mixed online teaching, such as platform, platform plus QQ group platform and We Chat group, platform plus Tencent Conference, QQ group, WeChat group, Ding Talk, Tencent classroom, Rain class, etc. In online teaching, access to the electronic textbooks. The educational administration and teaching supervisor should enter the online classroom, timely collect highlights and experience promotion, carry out online teaching quality supervision control,and promote the same quality effect of online teaching and offline classroom teaching.
