摘 要:针对传统的传动误差检测基于角度编码器、旋转变压器等获得瞬时相位,但分辨率及测量精度有限的问题。提出了一种基于偏心调制的瞬时相位检测技术,能够较精准地对RV减速器的传动误差进行检测。通过建立动力学模型,分析了方法所适用的转速、频率等范围。研制了能够对RV减速器的出厂质量进行快速高精度检测的试验台,以RV-20E减速器作为测试对象开展传动误差的测试分析实验,验证了该检测方法的精度及可行性。Traditional transmission error detection is based on angle encoders, resolvers, etc. to obtain the instantaneous phase, but its resolution and measurement accuracy are limited. An instantaneous phase detection technology based on eccentric modulation is proposed, which can accurately detect the transmission error of RV reducer. By establishing a kinetic model, the range of speed and frequency to which the method is applicable is analyzed. A test bench capable of quickly and accurately detecting the quality of the RV reducer was developed, and the RV-20 E reducer was used as the test object to carry out the test analysis of the transmission error to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the detection method.
