摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展与国民生活水平的不断提高,群众对生活有更高的享受追求。从过去的饮食只为吃饱,到现在有了更多的口腹追求。从初期的追求食品的口味、样式、新奇,到现在更注重食品的安全性,绿色食物已成为食品市场营销中最主要的营销标签。我国食品行业的发展,开始向更为健康、绿色的方向发展。文章对我国食品安全监管法律体系中所存在的问题进行了简要分析,并对法律体系的建设创新性发展提出了相关建议。With the development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of national living standards,the masses have a higher pursuit of life enjoyment.In the past,food is only for satiety,but now there are more pursuits.From the initial pursuit of food taste,style and novelty to nowadays the masses pay more attention to the safety of food.Thus,green food has become the most important marketing label in the food market.The development of China's food industry has begun to develop in a healthier and greener direction.The problems existing in the legal system of food safety supervision in China are briefly analyzed and some suggestions for the innovative development of the legal system are put forward.
