摘　　要：高校是思想政治教育的主阵地,大学生作为社会主义建设的生力军,需要切实增强法治意识。由于道德水平的高低与守法的自觉性密切相关,道德建设是法治国家建设的基础,全民守法需要凝聚全民共识。因此,注重道德作用的发挥,强化社会法治信仰的发展是法治中国建设的基础工程。法治信仰培育是提升大学生法治意识的主要切入点,是高校法治意识培育的关键所在,成为高校思想政治教育的重要任务。Colleges and universities are the main front of ideological and political education,and college students,as the new force of socialist construction,need to strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law.Since the level of morality is closely related to the consciousness of law-abiding,moral construction is the basis for the construction of a country under the rule of law,and law-abiding by the whole people requires a consensus of the whole people.Therefore,focusing on the role of morality and strengthening the development of belief in the rule of law in society are the basic projects for the construction of the rule of law in China.The cultivation of the belief in the rule of law is the main entry point to improve the consciousness of the rule of law among college students,the key to the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law in colleges and universities,and the important task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
