摘  要:目的分析采血时间对低体重新生儿先天性肾上腺皮质增生症(congenital adrenal hyperplasia,CAH)筛查中17羟孕酮(17-OH-progesterone,17-OHP)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析北京市新生儿疾病筛查中心2019年1月至2019年8月筛查的低体重新生儿样本共6891例,采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析方法检测新生儿干血滤纸片中17-OHP的水平,按照体重和采血时间进行分组统计分析。结果新生儿出生体重越低,采血时间越长;低体重新生儿采血时间越长,17-OHP的水平越低。结论采血时间对低体重新生儿CAH筛查中17-OHP水平有显著影响,在对低体重新生儿的CAH筛查结果进行判定时还应充分考虑采血时间的影响。Objective To analyze the effects of sampling age time on the 17-hydroxyprogesterone(17-OHP)levels among low birth weight neonates in CAH newborn screening.Methods The 17-OHP concentrations in dried blood spots were measured by time-resolved immunofluorescence and were grouped in terms of birth weight(BW)and sampling age time among 6891 low birth weight newborns.Results Significant differences in 17-OHP concentrations were observed among low birth weight newborns with different sampling age,in which the 17-OHP level decreased while the sampling time increased.Also,the sampling age increased while the birth weight decreased.Conclusion Sampling age time has significant effects on the concentration of 17-OHP in low birth weight neonates.
