摘  要:以草菇工厂化栽培主栽品种‘9715’菌株为研究对象,通过单因素及正交试验对草菇液体菌种的培养基配方进行优化,在此基础上,进一步对培养条件(培养温度、装液量、接种量、转速)进行了优化。结果表明,‘草菇9715’菌株液体菌种优化的配方为:葡萄糖25 g∕L,酵母浸粉4 g∕L,KH2 PO41 g∕L,MgSO41 g∕L;最佳培养条件为:每250 mL摇瓶装液量120 mL,接种量2%,培养温度32℃,转速125 r∕min。Taking the main cultivated strain‘9715’of Volvariella volvacea as the test material,the cultivation medium formula of liquid spawn was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.Based on the optimized cultivation media formulation,the mycelial biomass was used as response value,and the orthogonal matrix method was applied to the optimization of liquid culture conditions(incubation temperature,liquid volume,inoculation volume,rotation speed)for V.volvacea.The results showed that the most suitable formula of the liquid spawn of the‘9715’strain was glucose 25 g∕L,yeast extract 4 g∕L,KH2PO41 g∕L,and MgSO41 g∕L;the optimal culture conditions for the liquid spawn were liquid volume of 120 mL∕(250 mL),inoculation volume of 2%,incubation temperature of 32℃,and rotation speed of 125 r∕min.
